Supply Chain & Asset Maintenance Specialist
JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a versatile Supply Chain & Asset Maintenance Specialist who blends expertise in SCM processes with knowledge of asset management and maintenance. This role ensures efficient operations, optimal asset utilisation, and seamless ERP support for supply chain and maintenance teams.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the subject matter expert for supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics
Support asset maintenance processes, including preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment lifecycle management, and compliance tracking
Configure and optimise ERP modules for SCM and asset maintenance to improve efficiency
Provide hands-on support, troubleshoot system issues, and develop reports and dashboards
Train users and develop process documentation and best practices
Collaborate with IT and business teams on system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
3+ years’ experience in supply chain and/or asset maintenance ERP functional roles
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 F&O)
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and asset management principles
Technical skills in reporting, data analysis, workflows, and system configuration
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and support skills
